Post Mango was created in 2007 by Filmmakers James Dodson and Sean Findley as an oasis for indie filmmakers built on the enthusiasm that they both share for digital post production. Everything from post work-flow to Mastering to visual effects. Over the past 2 years we’ve on-lined and mastered out 7 feature films using Apple Final Cut Pro, Apple Color and HDSR uncompressed tape. Always up to the challenges of this ever-changing industry we quickly became a post hub for producers shooting on the RED camera. We’ve recently consulted on two RED feature films and color-graded and mastered out a show-piece for Intel shot on the RED camera.
Not wanting to limit ourselves solely to mastering and workflow management we expanded out to VFX work on the MGM feature, “The Other End of the Line” doing all the green screens and compositing work, on over 100 shots. We recently completed over 150 VFX shots on Street Fighter the Legend of Chun-Li for FOX. We are currently lined up to handle the VFX load on two studio features to begin late March 2009.
